SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Each release has a different processing duration. The estimated time is detailed in each induvial product. Please note we value honesty to our customers so this waiting period will not be elapsed without being notified. Please allow an additional 3-4 days for delivery (pending destination and delivery service selected).
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged merchandise or delayed delivery once we have shipped your order. Once you have received a delivery confirmation number, any claims should be made with USPS.
A tracking number is provided once an order is verified, processed and submitted to USPS.
We reserve the right to change or update our shipping policies and procedures at any time without notification.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Once an order has been placed we cannot cancel an order. Please double check your size and address prior to placing order.
RETURNS // REFUNDS // EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges and / or returns. To uphold responsibilities for safety and sanitation, all items are final sale.
If WILE'S ROAD shipped you the wrong item, please get in contact with us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to shopwilesroad@gmail.com or a direct message on Instagram to @wiles.road . In both cases we will ask for information to confirm identity (order #, name etc.).
We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your email/dm.
We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is deemed potentially fraudulent by Shopify's payment system.
We reserve the right to correct, update or change our returns/refund/exchange policy at any time without notification.
TRACKING
At times the courier will not scan the package immediately. Once you have been notified about your package's departure, please allow tracking information 48 hours to update once notified.
Once your order has left our facility we no longer have any contact or control over it and you will need to get into contact with the courier directly to obtain any information. Furthermore, if an order has been marked as delivered we have entirely no contact with it and you will need to get into direct contact with the courier with any questions and concerns you may have.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of information, including but not limited to name, email, shipping address and billing address provided to us via our website.
